Traffic Stop Leads to Arrest of Four

Driver had suspended license, passengers in possession of heroin, syringe and marijuana

A traffic stop Monday afternoon resulted in the arrest of four Petaluma residents on charges of drug possession, stolen property and parole violations, according to Petaluma Police.

Gregory G. Granieri, 39, Jacob Allison, 32, Stefanie R. VanGuilder, 22 and Michael A. Shea, 31 year old, were arrested when police found a hypodermic needle filled with heroin, a small amount of marijuana and an illegal switch blade after being pulled over in Petaluma Blvd North at East Washington Street.
 
Police determined that Granieri, who was driving the car, had a suspended license, Allison, had an outstanding warrant for possession of controlled substances and that Shea and Van Guilder were on probation. All four suspects were arrested and transported to County Jail.
