Two Arrested for Breaking into PG&E Yard

Apprehended as they leave the property

 

Two people were arrested Sunday night as they were driving away from the PG&E yard where police allege they broke in to steal property.

Scott Franklin, 48, and Megan Figueroa, 31, both Petaluma residents, were arrested after police received a call that a burglary had just occurred at the PG&E yard at 201 Corona Road.

Police responded and stopped the suspects’ car, just as it was leaving the area. A search revealed stolen property and burglary tools.

Franklin and Figueroa have been charged with burglary, conspiracy and possession of stolen tools, while Figueroa was also charged with violating probation.
