Two Injured in Three-Car Crash on Hwy. 101 at Petaluma Blvd.

Two are taken to Petaluma Valley Hospital when one car rear-ends another and sets off multi-car crash.

Two people sustained minor injuries Sunday morning in a three-car collision on Hwy. 101 at South Petaluma Blvd., according to the California Highway Patrol.

The accident occurred when a white Chevy Cavalier and a gold Toyota Camry collided in heavy traffic on southbound Hwy. 101 at around 11:30 a.m. Sunday, and a third car, a silver Toyota Camry, collided with the Cavalier, according to the CHP.

Two people were transported to the Petaluma Valley Hospital with minor injuries, and two of the cars were towed from the scene, CHP officials said. The two right lanes on southbound Hwy. 101 were blocked for approximately one hour.
