Police have located an "at-risk" man who went missing from a Petaluma care facility on Wednesday morning.

Hector Duenas, 52, who lives at the care home, has a history of seizures and behavioral issues for which he takes medication, and police were concerned because of that and because of the cold weather.

He left the facility on Wednesday at about 10 a.m. and had not been seen or heard from since.

Duenas typically walks to downtown Petaluma in the morning and stops at a 7-Eleven convenience store, but usually returns in time for dinner, police said.
