Victim Hospitalized After Being Injured in Downtown Petaluma Fight

One person was hospitalized after being injured in a fight in downtown Petaluma Early Tuesday morning, police said.

Officers responded to a report of a person being knocked unconscious near Hideaway Bar on Kentucky Street at about 12:22 a.m.

The suspect was described as a Hispanic or Samoan male, approximately 25 years old, standing 6-03 to 6-04, weighing 270 pounds, and having long brown hair pulled into a ponytail with the sides of his head shaved.

The suspect was last seen wearing a black shirt and blue jeans. The suspect fled on foot southbound on Kentucky Street.
