Regency Appeal to be Heard at Council Meeting

Meeting starts at 7pm

The city council has long list of items on the consent calendar for Monday night's meeting including:

  • An appeal by Regency Centers of the Planning Commission's denial of modifications for the East Washington Place Project
  • A resolution approving an agreement between SMART and the City of Petaluma to Allow City of Petaluma to Act as a Pass Through Agency for a $426,750 Federal Earmark for SMART Rail Projects
  • A resolution Accepting Completion of the Construction Contract for the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block  Grant HVAC Retrofit Project
  • Consideration of a non-binding resolution to participate in the Voluntary Alternative Redevelopment Program.

New business includes discussion and direction regarding the replacement and/or modification of twenty-six left turn protected/permissive intersections.
