Too bad that a presentation by City staff of the State of the City will cost any residents or business or property owners at least $20 to hear. Will this presentation be repeated at any publicly accessible, and no-cost event?

I second that question. With all due respect, for those out of town, or not wanting to pay $20 or $25 for the breakfast, will the info. be released to the public at large, post this event?

Does the $20 include a nice breakfast?
