Health & Fitness

It's 3:30 AM, Don't let reality interrupt your dreams.

Have you ever woken in the middle of the night in dire need of water?
But not thirsty enough to get out of bed?
The reality of life at that moment is that your dreams are more important than your reality. So you go back to sleep, essentially to work longer on your dreams

There will come a time, when reality is going to make it difficult to focus on your dreams.
It's when life's clock hits 330 AM...... Your thirst is very real, but you don't want to give up on your dreams and commit to reality. So you get out of bed...... but leave the light off. With eyes closed....trying to hang on to your dreams, but quench the reality of your thirst.

Now in your dreams..... The edge of your bed is 1 inch farther to the left than in reality.... so your little toe slams mightily into the edge of your bed.

The pain............Rises....... but you still are trying to hang onto your dreams. So you refuse to open your eyes
Hopping on 1 foot.
Back and forth.
Now reality is going to hit you hard and rip your dreams out of your control as your hopping foot finds that missing Lego Block with the soft portion of the arch of your foot.

Eyes Open, Lights on.....End of Dream

If only you had turned on the light, gotten your water and then gone back to bed......life would be good.

Your success in life is determined not by the limitations of your dreams, but how quickly you can face reality....Then get back to your dreams.
Don't live your life to go to bed and dream at night.
Wake up each day, open your eyes...face reality, then live your dreams
