19th Holstein 100 Bike Rides and Walk

 

Come walk or cycle the 19th  Holstein Hundred Charity Bike Rides and Walk, Sat., August 18, 2012. Register online: www.wmss.org/holsteinGet your mooing ready!   Day of registration available, just show up.

New 4 to 6-mile walking from Petaluma JUNIOR High to Helen Putnam Park for beautiful panoramic vistas of Holstein cows, Chileno Valley and a vintage oak tree with a hole in its trunk.

Cyclists: Choose your best distance: 100, 65, 30, or 15-mile route winding along the Marin and Sonoma coast, Tomales Bay and rolling hills with happy Holstein cows and enjoy locally grown and baked food.  

 

Everyone: Start/finish at Petaluma JUNIOR High, CA 94952

Walkers start: 9-10 am  Cyclists start 6:30-9:00 am depending on length of ride.

 Enjoy post-activity meal among friends.

 

Call West Marin Senior Services  415/ 663-8148  volunteers needed along the routes to cheer the cyclists or help with meal service afterwards. Our mission is helping seniors live long, live well and live at home.
