These FREE fun classes are a great opportunity to improve your health. Join us for light weight lifting, stretching, strengthening & low impact dancing for cardio conditioning. Designed for active seniors and sponsored by Santa Rosa Junior College.
Class taught by a very skilled, well trained dancer & teacher. Barbara Goodridge has competed, performed professionally & taught dance since 1989. She has taught SRJC senior fitness for 19 years.
