TaiJi improves balance, flexibility, mental clarity, and pain management.  It is enjoyable, relaxing, engaging, healthy, and fun.  Long-term Tai Ji Players become more effective, higher functioning, and happier.  Regular Tai Ji practice provides a routine of living that helps maintain healthy practices.

Daily Tai Ji Training has three goals:
  1. Learn Ji Ben Gong, basic exercises to open the body and improve flexibility.
  2. Introduce basic Tai Ji movements, with a focus on balance, relaxation, correct alignment, and efficient body mechanics.
  3. Incorporate the movements into simple single and two-person forms.

Parks and Recreation has a huge variety of summer camps. Kids Klub (1st-5th grade) and Camp K2Read More (6th-8th grade) are both traditional summer day camps with 1/2 day, daily and weekly options.
