FREE Morning Chi Kung in the Park

Do you find it hard to get going in the morning? Would you like to have a little more "pep in your step"? Then come join us for Free Morning Chi Kung in the Park. We will practice basic exercises and forms such as Earth Chi Kung, Bone Breathing, and Bone Packing help you learn to feel yourself from the inside out, cultivate your own personal chi, and connect with the energies around us. We will also do the Sunning Exercise to help bring balance to your neuro-endocrine system. Excellent remedy for sleep disorders, depression and hormonal imbalances.
