Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Level 1 - Beginning Lesson

This beginner stand up paddleboard lesson taught on beautiful Tomales Bay and or the Petaluma River.  See web page for date location.

Beginning lesson includes equipment overview, paddler safety, how to get on and off your board, proper stance for maximum stability, forward stroke, and essential turning techniques.  The SUP Level I Class is designed to give you the skills and confidence to get on the water and have a fun, safe experience on flat water the world over.

Instruction for these SUP fundamentals is done on dry land and in the water. 

The last 30 minutes of class is dedicated for you to practice your new SUP skills.

Be prepared to get wet.  
Wear clothing and footwear that will keep you warm: capilene, neoprene, fleece etc. Wetsuits are available for this class by prior arrangement. Please call for details.

And hate to break it to the author, but Cause of Action is a right-wing funded legal (tax exempt of course) group that takes on conservative causes, such as this effort to overturn the Obama Administration's correct decision to enforce the deal the Lunny's made.
