Team Competing for Chance to Go to Little League World Series

Petaluma National Little League has had an impressive season and will play their first game Friday in the Little League Western Region Tournament

Petaluma National Little League has a chance to play the Little League World Series in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.

The 13 players and three coaches arrived in San Bernardino Wednesday to take part in the Little League Western Region Tournament and will kick off the competition Friday with a 4pm game against Hawaii.

Under the rules of the tournament, each team plays four games with the top four teams moving on to the final round, according to the Argus Courier. All games in the single-elimination final will be shown on ESPN.

Petaluma National Little League has had an impressive season, winning 13 games and losing just two.
