Years ago when I was a Boy Scout Cubmaster I took my troop to Shollenberger for a visit and tour. The kids loved it. This park has a lot to offer. Years later I am rediscovering it now that I am into photography. Some people walk this loop for exercise and walk their dogs. Some really stop to enjoy the nature and wildlife. Do take time to look around. It will amaze you. Every time I visit I see a species of bird that I never seen before. I challenge you to count them. You can see turtles, snakes (non venomous), several species of duck and geese. I have captured a lot of great photos of the park for you to enjoy.
