Know of another event coming up? Let us know in the comments section below.

The weather may be chilly, but there are plenty of reasons to bundle up and leave the house this weekend. Here are just a few of the events going on around Petaluma this weekend.

(Did we miss one? Tell us in the comments section below, and post it on our free events calendar.)

1. Petaluma Marsh Kayak Tour - 9 a.m. Saturday

Beginner and experienced kayakers alike are invited on this tour, which will explore areas only accessible at certain tide levels and showcase local wildlife. The tour is $90, unless you bring your own kayak (in that case it's $65). Click here for more information.

2. Hand-Made Arts and Crafts Fair - 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Saturday

Want to bundle up with some cozy knitted items instead? WORK Petaluma will host this one-day sale of items made by local artists. More information is available here.

3. Holiday Fun Day - Noon - 4 p.m. Saturday

East Washington Place will be transformed into a holiday attraction for the entire family, complete with horse and carriage rides, kids' activities and a visit by Frosty and Rudolph. Click here for more information on this free event.
