CrossFit is a multidisciplinary overall fitness program. Body weight exercises, cardiovascular training, functional movement, gymnastics and weightlifting come together to formulate a dynamic and varied workout regimen. CrossFit offers intense small-group personal training courses. Daily classes are co-ed. Kids and all-women's classes are also available.
