Named after the sacred Native American lake that once stood just south of the Sheraton Hotel at the Marina, Tolay is an eclectic blend of the old and the new, the wildly lush and calmly beautiful. Tolay's fare is a mix of French, Italian and Asian fusion cuisines. The restaurant pulls from local farmers and artisans to produce such dishes as Pistachio Crusted Halibut, Pork Two Ways and Citrus Beurre Blanc. The holiday menu boasts Roasted Golden Beet and Pear Soup with Dilled Crème Fraiche and Pan Seared Bistro Steak with Tri-Colored Peppercorn Demi Sauce. There are also menus for the pool, in-room dining and the bar.
