After teaching Chinese cooking for 20 years, Jennie Low decided it was time to open a restaurant, and so Jennie Low's…More Chinese Cuisine restaurant was born.
The restaurant features traditional dishes from many Chinese regional cuisines including Cantonese, Mandarin, Szechuan and Hunan. Recently, the restaurant has added "Light Creations". This new menu features new recipes and modifications of old favorites, responding to customer requests for meals lower in fat. On the menu you'll find oil-free Basil Prawns and Imperial Chicken, as well as the traditionally prepared Mango Chicken and Mongolian Beef.
