The Plaza North Shopping Center, Neighbor

In 2000, I landed the dream job  -  and I didn't even know it at the time! I was hired to do promotions and marketing for The Plaza North Shopping Center (home of Kmart and CVS). What a wonderful job that turned out to be, with opportunities to meet and interact with just about everyone in town. Even better, the wonderful relationships that were formed with the merchants, management and ownership of the shopping center. Truly a great group of people, devoted to serving Petaluma in so many ways.

In February of 2011, my colleague Amy Cutler took over the day to day tasks of running the marketing department and all of the great events that The Plaza North hosts, while I maintained the website and social media. In early 2014, Amy got a fabulous job offer in Southern California and moved there to start a new life.

I am back in the management office at 259B N. McDowell (on the driveway alongside of Kmart and behind Kim's Cuts) M-Th, 9 am - 2 pm. Am having a great time interacting with our wonderful merchants and the customers, as well as maintaining our blog and website.
